30min Infrared Sauna Session While traditional saunas generate heat by circulating hot air, our 2 person far Infrared Sauna warms you directly and penetrates deeply in a gentle but effective manner. Infrared Saunas typically range from 110-140 degrees Fahrenheit and we set ours at ~135F. The supposed benefits of using an infrared sauna are similar to those experienced with a traditional sauna. These are said to include: better sleep, relaxation, detoxification, weight loss, relief from sore muscles, relief from joint pain such as arthritis, clear and tighter skin, improved circulation, and for people with chronic fatigue syndrome. The Sauna pairs nicely with a Float or NeuroSpa Chair Session or simply on it's own! It's recommended to wait at least 15min after a Sauna Session before your shower so keep that in mind when booking with a float - maybe spend 30min in the NeuroSpa Chair in between or consider finishing with the Sauna. There is not a shower in the sauna room.
